Parameters

dt DateTime: The first DateTime argument
other DateTime: The DateTime argument to compare with
cultureInfo CultureInfo (Optional): The CulturInfo to use for week calculation, can be null for current culture

Return Value

Boolean
True if the dates are equal down to the second

Usage Note
